Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Amberjack footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Our process is designed to be as seamless and comfortable as the shoes we create.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to ensure your return journey is completely hassle-free.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Amberjack box and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
